Heed the warning signs and new TV spot for “DARKEST HOUR”
When invisible aliens arrive on Earth and turn people and animals into explosions of ash, will signage really help protect the populace? Well, every little effort helps, which is why some “warning signs” (in the vein of those that accompanied DISTRICT 9 a couple of years back) have been released to herald the release of the sci-fi thriller THE DARKEST HOUR, along with the latest TV spot.

Coming Christmas Day in 3D from Summit Entertainment and produced by NIGHT WATCH/DAY WATCH honcho Timur Bekmambetov, THE DARKEST HOUR stars Emile Hirsch, Olivia Thirlby, Max Minghella, Rachael Taylor and Joel Kinnaman as American youths in Moscow who struggle to survive in the aftermath of the extraterrestrials’ arrival. Director Chris Gorak, who won much acclaim for his previous RIGHT AT YOUR DOOR, discusses the movie in Fango #309, on sale in December, and you can find out more at THE DARKEST HOUR’s official website.
